At the heart of the Three Pound Hospitality Group, is a team dedicated to elevating their customers’ experiences and to exceed expectations in all areas. Whether it is through our professional, ‘no-fuss’ customer service, our commitment to delivering beverage lists that balance the traditional with the new or our love for creating consistent and delicious meals using as much local produce as possible, this passion runs through our veins and can be felt in all 5 of our venues.
TPG (as the Group is affectionately nicknamed) host a line-up that reads as some of Perth’s most loved venues including Australia’s largest pub The Camfield, riverside tourist destination The Reveley, corporate CBD hot spot The Stables, the corner pub on the famous Beaufort St strip The Elford and the trend-setter Good Company located at THE fashion destination, Karrinyup Shopping Centre.
Each venue has its own individual personality, created with our customers in mind – giving them what they want, where and when they need it. It is our ultimate objective for everyone to know a TPG venue the second they enter one.

The best thing about the Hospitality industry is the ability for everyone to find their niche and working for the Three Pound Group is no exception. Whether you are front of house, in the kitchen, in accounts or working as a yardie, everyone is a crucial and valued member of the team – a team that feels more like family – albeit a very large family, with over 350 members and growing.
At our core is a management team with diverse histories and experiences that bring an incredible depth of standard to the Group. With a culture that is not satisfied with a “that’ll do” attitude, the management team drive and encourage constant improvement and growth throughout all departments. This also leads to many opportunities for further training and career growth within the group and we believe strongly in fostering talent, especially in staff that are loyal and dedicated.
