This includes Fremantle Octopus, Albany Rocks Oysters, La Delizia Latticini, Arkady Lamb, Endeavour Seafoods, Bookara Goats Cheese, and Harvey Beef Reserve. The Harvey Beef Reserve also takes centre stage, with the 300g Arlo Scotch Fillet and dry-aged butcher’s cut offering tender, juicy cuts that showcase the best of local beef. And for anyone looking to celebrate the end of the work week in style, the Friday special, Bistecca Alla Fiorentina is the perfect way to treat yourself. This 1kg Harvey Beef Reserve T-Bone Steak, serves four and comes with shoestring fries, peppercorn sauce, and celeriac remoulade.
